Hello I Had Missed Period And I Tested After 4

hello
i had missed period and i tested after 4 days the result was negative..so it was more 10 days but still no periods...i was having a mild back pain and had to go on holiday...so to avoid getting in periods..i used norethisterone for 2 days .....and after 24 hrs of using that tablet i tested again ..but now the result is positive with two dark pink lines.

im i pregnant or is it a false positive test just because of norethisterone.....
