Hello, I Had Some Dental Prosthetics Put In Yesterday, What

hello, i had some dental prosthetics put in yesterday, what the dentist did was shave my natural teeth round and put in the protesthetics by pushing them over the shave ones but he did not cement them in for a t rial but i cant chew or sleep because of them can you please tell me how i can take them off?
