Hello I Have A 50 Percent Blockage In My Artery

hello i have a 50 percent blockage in my artery and i had a heart attack in 2005 i also have high blood pressure and high colesteral and i have copd and epilepsy and astma i been feeling a bit weird the past few days kinda like my heart is racing and quivering and i have a weird matalic taste in my mouth and slight sorness in my chest toward my right side a bit what could it be and what should i do
