Hello, I Have A A Question About My Heart. I

hello, i have a a question about my heart. I was standing at my kitchen sink rinsing out a bowl and i felt a pain in my chest on the left side on the bottom of the ribs. It didn't last long and was gone. I felt like a had a bit of difficulty to get a full breath, but i was breathing ok. I panicked thinking I can't be having a heart attack. I didn't have any other things wrong. Now i feel like i kind of ache in that area. I am not sure what to do. It felt like a charlie horse when it happened. I am on estradial hormone replacement. my chest feels a little weird now and it has been a couple hours or so. What do you think>
