Hello I Have A Bump On My Upper Left Back

hello i have a bump on my upper left back by the shoulder blade, the ball looking thing dont hurt. what hurts its under it and its painful at times , i cant sleep on my back or be on my back cause it hurts and when standing for a while that particular part hurts
