Hello I Have A Hard Maybe A Little Bigger Than

hello i have a hard maybe a little bigger than a pea on the back of my neck to the right of my spine super close, then i have another tiny one to the right of the other one, they don't always hurt but sometimes do, the only move side to side if i force it they don't move up and down or anything like that, they are hard and i have had them for about 4 1/2 months maybe a little more, i got a massage maybe thinking it was a knot and it wasn't.
