Hello I Have A Husband That Is Incarcerated And He

hello i have a husband that is incarcerated and he takes ibuprofen and naproxen. well the facility gave him a drug test and it was positive for marijuana, and that morning he was given ibuprofen and the night before i just looked up that this medication can cause positive for marijuana is that true? my husband doesnt use marijuana.
