Hello I Have A Serious Problem In My Eyes Both

hello i have a serious problem in my eyes both are red all the time because of the allergy i went to every doctors they are saying ofc the allergy it's something inside we can't heal so i want something that make my eyes normal not red always it's been 12 years and i am like that goes and went with that matter but now i have 19 years old it becomes more serious always red
