Hello I Have Been Diagnosed With Diverticular Abscess And I

hello i have been diagnosed with diverticular abscess and i always smoked weed but i stopped when it happened and never touched it i went to the hospital and after getting injected with ivy for three days with metronidazole they released me after the pain was gone and i started taking it in oral form my doctor said to slow down or stop smoking my questions is am allowed to have a tiny bit of marijuana smoke after am almost done my oral medication ? will it worsen my situation or will a tiny bit make it worst i just wanted a tiny dose to calm down and occasional nothing abusive thanks just wondering what your opinion would be
