Hello, I Have Been Having Pain In My Left Chest

hello, i have been having pain in my left chest area for 9 months, it gets worse when i sleep on my left side or whenever i smoke a cigarette, i also have muscle twitches all over my body. i did ct chest scan, x-ray, blood tests everything came up normal, its a constant pain iam really tired of it, sometimes it hurts more sometimes less but its allways there, please help
