Hello I Have Been Suffering From Anxiety Pcd Depression Four

hello i have been suffering from anxiety pcd depression four years ago and dr prescribed me escitalopram 10 mg the drug helped me with anxiety and lift up my mood but after quitting it i started it again without dr approvement and that time it just made my ocd about sleep worse so i quit and decided to see a dr again and he prescribed me the same drug but added two more drugs from antipsychotic group and i feel like those drugs im not suppose to take because i searched they are heavy drugs dr was very cruel too i want to try spmething of antidepressant family so what is your suggestion on this issue how do you recommend a patient thank you.
