Hello, I Have Been Taking Clindamycin 300 Mg 4 Times

hello, i have been taking clindamycin 300 mg 4 times a day for 3 days for an infection by my fingernail. I want to consume alcohol tonight probably 6 or 8 drinks or so. I have read some places that the alcohol could make the antibiotic less effective. How much will this matter drinking just this one night how much will it affect the anibiotics. is there nothing to worry about in that manner, thanks..
