Hello I Have Been With Typhoid 1:160 And 1:320 I

hello i have been with typhoid 1:160 and 1:320 i have taken course and it became 1:80 and 1:80 there after i took saline due to weakness this made me anxieted...iwas admitted in hospital and recovered after few days i was weak and when i checked the blood test it again became 1:160 and 1:160...and i am too weak now what to do
