Hello, I Have Cancer And I Am On A Break

hello, i have cancer and i am on a break from chemo , my numbers are at the lowest they have been 3.1 i am also being treated for kidney failure with steroids and alternating between water and gaterade . i have felt my legs wabble and almost passing out. i lay down and it all goes away. this has happened to me more than once. not each day but the dizziness is everyday, should i go to the er ? or is it just a side effects from the kidney problems ?
