Hello I Have Had A Swelling Sensation On My Crus

hello i have had a swelling sensation on my crus of helix. been trying to find ways to decrease swelling but not much information relevant. the bump is warm and tender to touch but i cant figure out what it is because of it being behind the crus of helix. hope you can help me and offer some advice.
