i have had pain in lower right side of back. I have no trouble with toileting, pain feels muscular but not easing after a week, i cannot locate a painful muscle, i am 40 female, eating and drinking normally, no other symptons, i don't remember dong anything to strain muscles in area, pain is constant even at rest, doesn't hurt to touch
