Hello I Have Had This Sinus Infection I've Been Given

hello i have had this sinus infection I've been given a inhaler to help clear the swelling around my sinus, eyes and also head pain also a salt and water .. and i have been snoring a lot lately can you tell me what i can do to help myself it's now been almost one month with this on going pain
