Hello, I Have Hiatal Hernia And I Am Getting Lot

hello, i have hiatal hernia and i am getting lot of stomach pains , cannot eat too much also i have gastro epilepsy. Can i go with hiatal hernia? Also i have been suffering with hernia, i already had 5 umbilical surgeries. I had a kugal mesh put in then heard about recall so go that removed and they placed a new one back in 2009. Still i am not hurting.
