Hello I Have Multiple Sub-centimeter Pulmonary Nodules And 1 Thin-walled

hello i have multiple sub-centimeter pulmonary nodules and 1 thin-walled cavity in the right lower lobe. I see a pulmonologist for this but he doesn't seem concerned about this. I also have fibromyalgia, hashimotos disease and most recently colitis. I am exhausted all the time my legs feel week from walking up my stairs and feel like i can't get enough air in. I also get red flushing on my face and the left side has been swollen since november 2015 and the soft tissue in my fingers above the knuckle have be swollen since october 2015. and now i have red patches on top of my fingers. i had a recent positive ana test but the rest of my lupus test is negative
