Hello I Have No Medical Insurance And I Am Wondering

hello i have no medical insurance and i am wondering if i might need the e.r....i have SEVERE pain in the back around the right back side under and next to what is i think the ribcage. I took about 9 advil since this morning, 2 mavidol tablets of 10 mg each, and arthritis cream and icy hot patch on the area-nothing has changed-the pain is just constant stabbing spasming of what feels like the muscle on that spot????
