Hello I Have Noticed Extra Mass Inside My Scrotem I

hello i have noticed extra mass inside my scrotem i also have psoriases probally 90% of my body i have had it for as long as i can remember but this mass recently with in the last couple of months.
also there is no pain from it.and i have chf congested heart failure and copd i take like 10 different pills every day.?
