Hello, I Have Pain In My Left Rib Cage For

hello, i have pain in my left rib cage for years i havent been able to sleep on the left side because its painful.I did go to a doctor have my xrays done, he said no broken rib and its just inflammation he gave me arcoxia.no physical exam was made not even hold my ribs.the pain goes away as long as i don sleep on that side it doesnt hurt.however this time my left arm and hand begin to feel some tingling sensation that persist.im wondering if this signs are connected and what could be the cause.the last few months ive been travelling a lot in bus it might be connected. thanks in advance for your help
