Hello I Have Question, I Have Copper IUD For 4

hello i have question, I have copper IUD for 4 years now, I never miss my period. but today I missed my period 4 days already. I try digital pregnancy test and first time said negative and I tried againd second time with urine test trip one line appear really dark and one line is faint. I feel my stomach cramp like I having period but I didn't see any bleed. I also feel hot and my breast feel tender too. Am I pregnant ?
