Hello. I Have These Small Bumps On My Left Shin

hello. i have these small bumps on my left shin and then its like white around it with like a small hole in the middle of it with a little pulse that comes out. i have two like that one under the other. then on my inner left thigh i have like a cluster of little bumps that itch but don't hurt. same for the one on my left shin. the itch not hurt
