Hello I Have Varicocele In Left Side .. I Want

hello i have varicocele in left side .. i want to know i can training in gym with not much free weights or no i make a date to surgery in next october .. my sperm test was fine i do it before 3 month but i have varicocele is not so big but when i do a lot of work i feel pain in my left side thanks
