Hello I Just Came From My Family Doctor Where I

hello i just came from my family doctor where i had done a couple ultrasounds where he told me i had Polyps on my gullbladder and on my uterus ... where i asked him well is that bad he told me not to worry about it ... i never heard such thing only on your colon can u tell me if i need other advice...
