Hello, I Just Wanted To Know I Have Really Bad

hello, i just wanted to know i have really bad pain in my lower back and it goes down into my left calve i also have some burning sensation at times on my lower left hip area, i cant sleep i cant sit for a long time and sometimes it fells like i lose all feeling in my leg, when it get up to fast from lying down. Not sure what to do?
