Hello , I Need Some Help , I Broke My

hello , i need some help , i broke my leg and now its in gips or something i dont know , the doctor suggested surgery but i refused it , the fibula is cracked all the way and its split a bit , now after 3 days i still feel a bit of pain is it normal , and when i try to move my leg i feel like something inside is moving a bit i dont know what to do should i go agian in hospital for x-rays and surgery , some advice?
