Hello I Recently Took Birth Control Pill As Me And

hello
i recently took birth control pill as me and my husband had unprotected sex..after taking that pill i got my periods in the couple of days..but this month i am not having my periods..i never missed my periods earlier
pleae suggest is that any marer of concern
i hope itz nit the side effect of that medicine
please help me
