Hello.. I Seem To Have An Ulcer In My Throat..

hello.. i seem to have an ulcer in my throat.. it followed a sore throat infection last week which was accompanied by jugulodigastric lymphnode swelling.. the infection subsided, but the localized pain persists in left side inside throat.. Also, during the infection, i used to gargle with warm water twice daily... could the pain be due to burns caused by the hot liquid? in either case whats the treatmnt?
