Hello I Suffer From Anxiety Extreamly Bad And Im On

hello i suffer from anxiety extreamly bad and im on 6 m of alplarzam (i cant spell) and i still fell like im bout to have a melt down. i ddont wanna resort to illigal drugs will nightquil help me get through the night... i see my pyc doc tmr by the way or should go to the hospitial even on 6 m of xanax and tell them im having a panic attact. (in all im a fucked up individual)
