Hello, I Took A Pregnancy Test On Friday, And It

i took a pregnancy test on friday, and it came back positive. since wednesday i had light, brown discharge..yesterday i started having fresh blood come out every other time i go to the bathroom, doesnt happen otherwise, no cramping. i have a drs appt on thursday but am very worried. this did not happen at all with my first pregnancy.
