Hello I Was Just Wondering Is It Possible For Seasonally

hello i was just wondering is it possible for seasonally alergies to cause your throt to sweall up. i do have a physical in like 2 days but for well over a week every meal it feels like food is getting caught in my throght. even my sleep apnea has been acting up. and at times it kinda feels like im actually getting air caught in my throut. It doesnt hurt to swallow anything but it feels likes its getting really hard.
