Hello , I Was Suffering With A Mild Lichen Planeus

hello , i was suffering with a mild lichen planeus .. after a try with tropical ointments the doctor asked me to get onto Zempred 4mg the dosage has been reduced with time .. i have now come onto my second month .. and no signs of the infection returning so far .. but i have been now feeling the skin is getting dry and irritable
any suggestions to why this may be happening
