Hello? I Was Wondering If I Had Erythema Ab Igne?

hello?
i was wondering if i had erythema ab igne? i was using a hot water bottle and i fell asleep the water bottle was boiling and when i woke up it was marked on my stomach area, i immediately panicked and began re searching it i started using e45 cream but that didn't make a difference so i began using bio oil which has lightened it but it is still very noticeable. Its quite embarrassing and i'm very paranoid about going on holiday etc. I just wondered if there was anything else you could recommend for me to use or if there is any treatment available? I would also like to know if i was to use the sunbed would this affect it? I can send a picture of it if that's helpful?
