hello, i was wondering if standing while doing homework would help me to loose some weight, i don't really mind about actual weight, just to be a bit more healthier. it turns out that i was able to exercize (dance) for 6 hours a week but now am able to do almost nothing other than 30 minutes a day, is there a way that i can keep my muscle or just stay healthy with my current schedule? thanks
