Hello, I Would Like To Find Out The Cause Of

hello, i would like to find out the cause of my ascites. I did a cytology of the fluid and they all came out negative for malignancy. I have never been pregnant and have a regular flow.
Also, i do not have any pains and i am not loosing weight except that my stomach is distended.
