Hello Im 35 Y/o Man Recently I Started Having Trouble

hello im 35 y/o man
recently i started having trouble holding my bladder. after urgancy issues it felt like water was pouring on my groin but i was dry. my lower stomach aches, and there is a starp pain on the left side where the leg meets, there is also pain in my left testicle. the muscles are spasming. i pave pain around my tailbone, leg seed lower back. left leg hurts dull at hip, does sting down i.the i side thigh. left foot stings. there is ocasional stinging on my anus and tip of urethra. legs get wobbly after i walk a couple of blocks or climp stairs, or stang still. the pain in my groin is worse as i finish peeing abed my legs get week.
went to the er a few days ago. they did blood work urinalysis, ct scan. all was normal qnd negative.

back problems started when i 12 aver a biking accident. 6 years constant pain from sciatica. 18 i had a procedure in witch they calderized the nerves using a radio frequency heated needle. very little pain until in my late 20s was in a car wreck that broke 8 veribre top and bottom compression fractures. this went undiagnosed for 3 years when i was in anther wreck. they found the old injury. braces and physical therapy helped. i went to a chiropractor and he said i had slight case of spina biffica, and probably a pinched nerve. i lost 100lbs to keep from resorting to pain killers. i also was diagnosed with an arachniod cyst on my cerebellum point (it sits on my brainstem and a nerve that makes my nose and face ache randomly. i have a history of migraines from child hood.

my motber has a mild case of spina bifica (didn't putrude out the skin) she also yad sever back problems and disc the fused together. due to that and lupus she was i. a wheelchair by 42.

its scary that my experience is much like my mother and im afraid of having need a wheelchair.
the nerve pain in the leg is more intense than ever. tho ive not ever experience incontinence before. right now its surge urgent bladder problem. no bowel incontinence, tho i came close yesterday.
the er said come back is things get worse or week in legs. the constant pain has gotten better but there are still sharp spikes randomly.
the frustrating thing it the randomness ill have days where im hurting a week and then days were im fine for the majority then site at the end. the bladder is acting better tho there is still a wet spot in my underwear tho i not sure if it is urine i think it is more like small drops of ejaculate. my bowels arent consistent.

does this sound like just the nerve in crisis, or something worse?
could this have anything to do with the cyst on my brain?
