hello , im 36 weeks pregnant i will be 37 weeks on friday but since last night i have been having stomach tightening with pelvic and vaginal pressure, also yesterday i was having some vaginal discharge but as of today i dont have that much coming out. should i go to the emergency room? it is getting diffecult for me to get out of bed and walw
