Hello I'm 62 ,have Had Elevated Psa For Three Years

hello i'm 62 ,have had elevated psa for three years , today it is 7.24 . I have had a mri which showed one spot and one suspicious . I have changed hospitals and the one i'm going to now wanted a new mri so one was set up . the mri with and without contrast was to be about a hour long , during the mri there was a problem and I was burned and it ended in 38 minutes . I spent 47 days recooperating in and out of the hospital . now seventy days later they have me scheduled for biopsy . the problem I have is they originally wanted a new mri to see where to biopsy but it showed nothing. should I have another mri prior ? the doctor said no he would just take more samples . no less than 20 probably more , this kind of sounds like a poke and a hope to me . should I just have biopsy ? should I request another mri ? should I be worried at a 7.24 psa level? I am young for my age , good physical , 5ft 9 in 170 lbs .
