Hello, Im A 17 Year Old Male And My Left

hello, im a 17 year old male and my left nipple is swollen and very tender. a few of my friends have had the same problem but not nearly as bad as i do and theirs have gone away a lot faster than mine. i have had it for nearly 3 years now and i cannot find a treatment for it. from what i can infer, it is called gyno. can you help me with some treatments?
