hello... i'm a 30 year old. I recently discovered that I have been infested with crabs (public lice). I have done quite a bit of research online.I'm really surprised how I got it. I'm quite clean and tidy. I'm really embarrassed to visit a doctor. Can you please help to get rid of these crabs and also how to take care of myself so that i'm not infested again?
