Hello Im A 53 Yr Old Female With A Headache

hello im a 53 yr old female with a headache on right side above temple with dizziness, ("shakey") and some nausea, the dizziness is pronounce upon standing up within a minute or so. I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure, and copd also I smoke can you help shed some light on this please
