Hello Im A 55 Yr Old Female Been On Blood

hello im a 55 yr old female been on blood pressure for 13 yrs atenoel 50 was on lisinpril but took off for the last 3 months i get VERY dizzy when i lay down turn my head to the right..it will jnot go away very WORSE WHEN I LAY DOWN OR GET UP SITTING UP IN BED WORRIES ME.. not dizzy all the time what do you think?
