Hello Im Aliane..and My Concern Is That When I Swallow

hello im aliane..and my concern is that when i swallow my saliva,it feels like i have a sore throat,but not when i eat foods or drinks...if i rate the pain im feeling its probably 4/10...and i dont feel any hoarseness,,i dont have cought or a flu..its just that when i swallow my saliva...and sometimes i have earpain but just a little maybe if i rate it, its 3/10,,,hope u can give me your opinion.thanks
