Hello. I'm At My 5th Day Of Chicken Pox. There

hello. i'm at my 5th day of chicken pox. there are two blisters with black thing in it. I didn't have the chance to go to the doctor for check-up earlier of it because my parents were like miles away and no one can take me to a clinic without taking a public transportation. I'm just scared of infecting everyone else. So just today I got my menstruation. Is it safe to wear napkin even I have some blister down there? And is it dangerous? thank you
