Hello.. Im Currently Almost 4 Months Pregnant.. I Was Detected

hello.. im currently almost 4 months pregnant.. i was detected with uti at my 13 weeks and was prescribed antibiotics.. but now the pain in my abdomen has come back and went for urinalysis again.it comes out to have a rbc 3/5.. what does that mean? is there anything to worry about?
