Hello I'm Having A Problem With My Feet I Recently

hello i'm having a problem with my feet i recently moved across the country and started a new job where ive been working nonstop 15 hours a day 7 days a week my feet get soaked all day and raw and chafe and they really hurt i recently noticed a rotten like smell to them and they are purple and white i am hardly able to sand up and walk at times due to the fact they feellike i'm walking on hot coal
