Hello I'm Having Problems Sleeping Feel Tired All The Time

hello i'm having problems sleeping feel tired all the time . both arms ache and fingers go numb. also when walking legs feel heavy and get numb burning feeling on front of thighs . have had 2 heart attacks in 98 and 08 was quad bypass, been to my doctor and had tests but nothing seems to show. thank you for your time. john
