Hello! Im On Citalopram And Im Having Some Head Aches

hello! im on citalopram and im having some head aches and i dont know wich medicines for pain relief i can take ! the leaflet specifies that aspirin and ibuprofen are like forbiten if i can say so! i all so have an ulcer thats been bothering me sometimes and id like to know wich medicines i can take for that to! i ve tried with zantac but im not sure if it ok ! thank you very much and excuse me my english is not that good!
